Insurance is necessary, and Paul works hard to provide this necessity to his customers with ease, and maybe add a little fun too!

Over his career in the insurance industry, Paul has won many awards for top performance and this experience has led to the success of Crossroads Insurance. Paul lives in Carmel Indiana, with his wife (Michelle) and two children. Paul and Michelle are both Butler University Graduates and huge fans of all things Butler!

Dustin has been protecting Midwestern Families and Business Owners since 2013, he has separated himself from his competition by listening to his clients needs and providing industry best customer service. As an avid sports fan Dustin has also coached competitive basketball for over 15 years, ranging in age from Grade School to Varsity. Dustin Lives in Noblesville Indiana with his wife and children; while not working he loves to be on Morse Reservoir boating and spending time with Family and Friends.

Joe Brewer

Joe Brewer has been happily married to his wife, Amy, for 36 years. Together, they have a daughter, Brianna, and a granddaughter, Nora, who bring endless joy to their lives.

With a passion for community and mentorship, Joe Brewer has been actively involved in coaching youth baseball, fostering both sportsmanship and growth in young athletes. In his free time, he enjoys staying active through golfing, fishing, and pickleball.

Joe Brewer has been in the insurance business since 2022, helping individuals and families secure their futures through trusted financial solutions.

A proud member of the Cass County Roosters, Elks Lodge 66, and Am Vets, Joe Brewer values camaraderie and giving back to the community. As a veteran of the United States Air Force, he is honored to have served his country with dedication and integrity.
